The Jimquisition. The remaster itself, tragically, is really quite good. It runs beautifully in 4K at a smooth 60 frames-per-second, with characters and environments that still look striking today. Pros: Great gunplay with a nice variety of weapons. Decent plot. Great world-building. Remastered version includes the ability to play Pros: Great gunplay with a nice variety of weapons. Remastered version includes the ability to play as Duke Nukem! There is a DLC for it as well and it makes it amazing. Runs very smooth, even with chaotic action going on. Cons: Short. More if you play on higher difficulties. The addition of the remaster to allow you to play as Duke Nukem is such a novel idea. It does seem a tad bit forced since it was something, they threw in for the remaster and as such, some of the lines can feel a tad bit out of place but it mostly works. Still, while not the best plot for an FPS, it was engaging and entertaining. Frantic, fun action but with a short campaign.

I could see this game being replayed down the line. You can easily beat it in a weekend. If it's on sale, I'd recommend a purchase. Otherwise, a decent rental idea for a weekend. This game is alright fun little shooter but feels like it could of been more and the ending blows.
